That was just for that day. No stencil either, everything is done free hand. I use the same tool as what I cut the hood with, an air saw. You have to sand the cut afterwards to make it smooth and straight. It takes time so be patient.

s factor- yeh sorry, i don't live near you. wish i did tho. i'd def have this done a long time ago if i was near you lol. this will be on my spring/summer "to do list for my car", hopefully it turns out as good as yours!

what did you use for the corners? Ie did you use a drill but say 1 inch at size to drill/cut cirular then use air saw to ahh iduno where im going with this. Did you have any paint chiping? Here's a picture of my rear end let me know if it would look good?

^ That's a bit too big IMO. I know its hard to work around the tow hook cover. Its either you cut just below it or around it to retain the tow... or if you don't care about it, cut right through it so its not too big.

Paint chipping is not an issue as long as you take your time and you still have the original paint. If you have a respray, it all depends on the quality of the paint and how the bumper was prepped before the spray. This goes the same with the hood.

erm things to think about thats for sure, the bumper its self has had 3 paint jobs... Fuuu i dont want to paint again if it chips. AHhh il let you guys know in the spring how it went..

Its been months now.. still no paint chipping for me and ive been polishing washing the area numerous times.

Everyone one here should know that Ray is a professional. He has cut literally a hundred hoods and bumpers of members cars. In Metro he is known as "The Surgeon". If you want these results you should pm Ray for an appointment.
