Valve seals shot? Blue smoke after parking for few

Bad valve seals cannot be detected by leakdown or compression. They are outside the sealed area of the combustion chamber.
Compression and leakdown tests cannot be used to detect worn oil control rings. If you have worn control rings, you will have addition oil on the compression rings. This will give HIGHER compression, and BETTER leakdown results.
Do you have an air filter on the car, or a screen over the turbo inlet?

So there really is no way to check it out? That sucks. Thought I eliminated all of those things by doing both of those tests but I guess not.
I have an air filter on the supercharger yes.

So how would I find out if it is the rings or the valve seals? I don't want to start throwing money at it if I will just wind up needing a new engine.
But if it is just valve seals then I would just have those replaced and hope the rest is good for a while still. Really don't want to get a new engine now haha.

I also realized this started happening not too long after I used Chevron Techron oil system cleaner. Could it have cleaned gunk away that was blocking a leak or something like that??
