Thumbs up Valve seals shot? Blue smoke after parking for few

Well I have recently had blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. Happens mostly it seems after driving it and then stopping and starting again or parking for a few minutes and then turning car back on and driving.
Today clouds of blue smoke were coming out of the exhaust after a 10 minutes drive and 10 minutes parked in a store.

After driving for a couple of minutes it went away again.
Does this sound like it is my valve seal then?
I checked my sc and no shaft plan and no oil anywhere.
Spark plugs look good. A little bit of oil around the spark plugs but the oil can't get into the head with the spark plugs installed I wouldn't believe.

I did a compression test just before. Engine warm, wot etc.
Came out very good. 224-224-223-224

I also installed my Supra PCV today. Is it really possible that that much oil is being sucked through the PCV into the intake manifold?
I do smell oil burning when WOT in vtec sometimes I think.
I can't see it out the back since I am usually going pretty quick the smoke doesn't linger around but def smell something different than test pipe smell.

Nope always check my oil every few days. Oil is perfect level.
My oil filter for some reason was loose but no oil came out. I also have an oil pressure gauge.

Do a leak down test.
The only thing you can check w/ a compression test besides compression #'s is if its the ringlands by adding oil in the cylinder before you crank it.

Yeah I don't have a leak down tester unfortunately. I just wanted to make sure I didn't like score a cylinder wall bad and a compression test should def have shown any blown ring or something like that.

I don't remember remember if you have FI or not, but if so is the turbo/sc'r leaking oil?

Maybe you need a catch can or something.

How is that possible? Would they leak under the compression test?
It only smokes once in a while. Hasn't smoked at all that I have seen since yesterday before putting the supra pcv in.

Checked that already and supercharger has no shaft play and no visual oil leaking.

If it smokes at idle, it can be your valve seals or rings. Does it smoke on decel? If you pop the oil filler cap on the valve cover, does smoke come out? You're using a catch can? Do you find any oil in it? how is your PCV setup?
