What if the company goes out of business?
It appears you are being dealt a very bad hand....
New Jersey Continuation:
What if an employer goes out of business? Is New Jersey Continuation still available?
No. New Jersey Continuation is only available to the extent that an employer continues to offer coverage under a group health plan.
COBRA:
http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/faqs/faq-cobra-pre...eductionEE.html
Q17: My health coverage was terminated when my employer shut down and laid off all its workers. Can I get the premium reduction to pay for new health coverage?
The premium reduction is available to help qualified individuals pay for COBRA continuation health coverage. If there is no longer a health plan, there is often no COBRA coverage available, unless another related or successor employer sponsors a group health plan responsible for providing continuation coverage to you.
If you believe a related or successor employer may be responsible for providing you with COBRA coverage, you can contact the employer directly or EBSA toll free at 1.866.444.3272 to speak to a Benefits Advisor for assistance.
I would confirm with you state unemployment office...I'm just pulling this from web-pages and the information may not be 100% accurate.

I am continuously getting emails from recruiters for Business Analyst/Business System Analyst roles. I have two emails sitting in my inbox right now, one for a CRM BA at Barclays and another email for 3 contract jobs. If anyone is interested, please PM me and I will fwd the email over.
I also know a few tech recruiters personally, if you're looking for a tech job mostly in the financial, please PM me. I would be more than happy to fwd you the contact info.

I too am in the ranks of the unemployed.. Have a strong sales related background in addition to owning my own business for the past 6 years. I am fairly technical, and have excellent skills in dealing directly with customers, and thrive on challenge. Morover, my ability to be a problem solver and work indepent of direct supervision is a plus. I am looking for a career, and not a job, with a company who is looking for a seasoned sales/sales management professionalwho is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I come with excellent references as well as experience in multiple fields of discipline.
