I think almost everyone has creep issues, its just a givin thing with efficient manifolds and low psi's.

I just sent out a bunch of stuff to get coated, I'll post up a review when i get them back in a couple weeks. The HPC and Jett hot stuff i have seen and worked on chips very easily and doesn't hold up over time.

OP - I have a set of 880cc injectors, 150 shipped!

 

because nj probably has the most boosted cars on here.

 

did you purchase gold plated jackstands?


you would be able to do a lower duty cycle on a 880 or 10000cc better than 550 or 750. plus the saturation rate would be more favorable.

again, with lower boost levels, the boost creep is a pita, since the wastegate doesnt really know what to do... ESP without the 3bar.

I'd love to see this in the final stages.... I miss my turbo's

 

this is exactly what ,y set-up is going to look like in the fall, with the exception of a 3mm Headgasket, of course I just spent $1,000 on my other new hobby

Hey Bro minitoyota and I sent our manifolds out to swain at the same time. There stuff is top notch. We had to clean off of the flanges because some of the coating over sprayed on there. I can tell you this stuff is the best coating I have ever seen it actually bonds to the metal and becomes part of it. It was pretty hard to sand off the over spray. And during the build I had R&R my manifold at least a dozen times and as a result I bumped,scraped,and dropped the manifold many times. After all that I have " NOT ONE " scratch on the coating I highly recommend there coating. The only down side is there high temp ceramic coating only comes in white. But I think it looks cool its white with some metal flake in it so it sparkles. If you don't like it they said you can paint over it if you desire.

BTW: I wouldn't worry about the injectors being too big for your power goals. My tuner said they perform better then any other injector he has ever tuned with at any power level. With my setup I'm at slightly more power then you on low boost setting and no issues what so ever with my 1000cc injectors. I also have no issues at high boost just encase you want more power later..... because you will trust me
