for those who think they are in shape
program.
some of you who saw me today after i got back may have realized i lost a substantial amount of weight...i can honestly say i've gotten bigger, faster, and stronger after spending only a few months doing these workouts...for those are are looking for a challenge imo even some of the greatest athletes out there will have their own hard time doing these exercises..

doing 20 gets you pretty winded
