yea im upset they just broke into my car and just stoled my shift knob and seats, im surprised they didnt take the cluster or steering wheel but now this sucks and i want to know what will my insurance do. I have state farm do you think they will total my car? its a 2002 with 60k miles

They might, They might not. I know for seats they will probably source you used ones through one of their "salvaged parts depot's" and the top they will pay out for an oem one and labor which isn't much. Where in queens?

Yeah, that neighborhood isn't what it used to be. Its full of dirty mutts that troll the area from what I see. Sorry to hear about that, But I don't think they will total it. I would start looking around for a garage though and possibly some seat locks for your new hardware.

cut top and stolen seats in an 02 is most likely a total.

wish u luck with the insurance. If they quote those seats out by the dealer they will probably total out the car. If they work with you and source used once your ok. Sorry man

i will find out tomorrow when my agent is available, do you know if they will write me a check since i own the car or will they send it to a shop to get it all fixed especially that top
