LOL Val busted me.. and thanks man, the Z is mine too. (Yes, I know.. two 2-seater cars, but the S was too cool to pass up!) Bought her new in 04', goin on 5 years now of DD'ing and auto-x with no issues.

Ohh, I thought that after any kind of improvement you make (IE, turning a open air car-port into an enclosed garage) the taxmen want their piece. Or, if you add a pool, or something like that.

Well in your example you would be taxed as your moving a non enclosed space to an enclosed, so that would consittue building out .

If you think back to the days of graphing in math, remember x, y, and z axis', y and z get taxed x doesn't
