lol. I didn't wanna ruin it by adding a bunch of smileys at the end. And yeah, that's gotta be some impressive setup. Sounds to be electro-hydraulic. And that jack has got to be at least made for 10 tons. Don't forget it's lifting all that steel and structure too, not to mention four 3,000lb cars!

Seriously! It's actually a great idea. You could literally have a huge two car garage under a normal sized house, AND not lose any driveway space! If anyone is building a house from scratch, I really doubt that this option would add much more than $50K to the price tag. All you're doing is digging a basement level, and adding a lift in the space of the driveway.
