Thumbs up Suggestions for Diff. Fluid

I have about 25xxx miles on my daily driver S and its definitelly due for a diff fluid change. Im gonna do it it myself, i just cant decide on the fluid... I know a lot of people like the LE1600 but my car will be driven through the winter, and i heard that fluid is not recommended for such low temps. I was gonna get the suggested mobil 1 fluid but wanted to ask on here which fluid you guys are using all year round and how you like it... Thanks in advance ps specify if you come across any differences with different fluids, ie notchy tranny when diff is cold..

I was concerned about that, too, but I checked and it will pour down to -35 so it shouldn't be a problem.
