NEW oem seats and a NEW oem softop will cost as much or more than the wholesale value of your car so they will total it out. I forgot the exact cost of new seats but I know they will be bought in parts from Honda and the total is crazy just like getting a new oem hardtop from Honda would be. They have the seats and hardtops in pieces but to put them together is extremely expensive. Your best bet is take the money, get some brides or recaros and install your new forbidden hardtop.

Not counting labor or shipping, the price for a pair of '01 (black or red) seats from Majestic is $5425.26. List is $7,750.17.
Unless you registered it as a collectible car and declared a higher value, it's unlikely an insurance company will pay out to get you brand new seats and a new top to replace your 13 year old seats.

sorry man, had this happen about 2 months ago to me in Secaucus. 04 with 120,000. they total lossed it and I bought it back. They did value the car at the high end of its value so no complaints here, but it still sucked.

the seats locks are sold by kodokan4 or something like that. not sure if he still sells them, but he designed them and had mcguard produce them for him. search for it on here and you will find threads about it and send him a pm.
