Default So...I just ordered a new FIT.

Hey guys I just ordered a new Blue FIT sport for my daily driver. Any other metro people out there have one as well? I dont think the car is all that pretty, but I have to admit I do believe in the quality of Honda cars. Also have you guys seen the storage room in this little car? Its crazy!

The FIT is an awesome little car if you ask me. if i could afford one as a DD id definately get one. cant beat that MPG either! liek 38hwy? insane! for now my 28mpg 97 Accord SE will do the job as my DD. but if anything ever happens to it i will consider the FIT.

Yeah Honda claims 38mpg, but on the fit forums people are complaining about the low mpg they are getting. Seems like people are having calculation errors that are understating their mpg. I dont know yet, but someone claimed they were getting 20mpg. Hope I dont experience the same thing. On average the owners seem to get approx. 30ish overall.

that doesnt make sense. make sure that youre using the right gas. and you have air in the tires. also make sure the e-brake is off. lol the way i drive my accord id easily get 35mpg out of a FIT.

Congrats... good luck with it. That is a cool little car, not really my style, but I wouldn't mind driving one of them if it was slammed on some wheels.

Yeah I dont think its a very pretty car, but I think its just so practical. I saw a pic of a guy that put a 16ft ladder in it with no problem. Also gotta love the paddle shifters...Now all I have to do is figure out when to start ricing it out...
