Cut it in half, insert a spacer, weld the three parts together.
I couldn't find any good videos online, but these can give you an idea of what cutting a steel wheel and welding an aluminum wheel might be like.

too bad billy doesnt repair wheels. he's good and cheap with his powdercoating services.

if i were you, i would send/drive them to wheel collision center in bath, pa. they're the best of the best. they're pricey, but know what they're doing and really nice. or give ariel at perfect metal finish a call and see what he can do.

stay away from usa wheels in fairfield, nj. they're scumbags.
