I wonder how much can they actually fix. I know they could fix bent wheels but could they fix a wheel that has a chunk missing off the lip?

I had them fix one of my Volks that went into a 1 foot deep pothole. Came out PERFECT. Pricey, but great work. I would recommend them.

They have the tools and skills to rebuild a barrel adding new metal, I'm sure this is something they can do.

What was the turn around time? Assuming you dropped off the wheel(s) and return to pick another day.

I'm about 5 hours away, so I shipped it. They only worked on the wheel for about a day. I shipped it, they received it, the manager called me to confirm what was to be done, then they did it and shipped it back. Door to door I was without a wheel for just shy of 2 weeks. If you bring it there, obviously it can be done much quicker. Contact them, they were very responsive on both e-mail and phone.

Al is a waste of time. Called to confirm that he can do it on the spot. He made me wait over an hour just to tell me he will not be able to do it in 1 day. He left a negative impression.
