Well, after 15,000 thoroughly enjoyable supercharged miles, I have decided to return to N/A.

I'm going to move to a sedan this spring and wont be driving the S nearly as often. Havent decided to get rid of it altogether yet, but have decided its time to return to stock (and hopefully let someone else enjoy the SC).

So my supercharger is now for sale. Here are the details:

* installed at approx 4,000 miles (June 2001). driven 15,000 miles with absolutely no problems.
* intalled by park ave acura in maywood, NJ (signifcant comptech experience) and meticulously cared for. service tech is intimately familiar with the car.
* car has been garaged and is never outside unless driven
* ive dropped the clutch exactly twice

as most are familiar with the comptech s/c and performance impact i wont go into all that.

I would have the s/c removed by park ave. from there buyer could simply pay to have it reinstalled at park ave or take it and perform installation him/herself.

I have asked Park Ave. for an approx. install price assuming the former and will post (or PM those interested) when I have the info.

PRICE: $2500

Man that is a great price and Maywood is not that far
from me.... man this is gonna keep me up all night now

I don't want to waste your time.... because unless I win the lottery
I don't think I could buy it from you but a couple of questions

1) is this one of those dealerships that has a warranty with the S/C
and installation ??

2) Did you tune the car and or use a Engine Management System ??
If so do they do that there also, do they have a dyno ??

3) Did you ever get it on a dyno if so what the HP ??

4) Would you have any suggestions or advice to someone who buys this
like other mods you did to work with this one like a clutch upgrade or
some kind of ecu or piggy back upgrade. brakes, etc...

5) Finally what are your thoughts with this upgrade as far as a daily driver ??

Thanks in advance for your answers I really want to go F/I and I would love
to take this off your hands its all about the timing .

I can vouch for kirk , this supercharger was never abused.. I was planning to buy it myself, but now do not plan to keep my S after the lease.
