Thanks metro for the support, i admit i said one insulting line to this tool, since i was outraged and he admittedly got the best of me at that point, but this was toward the end and tried to stay calm for the 4 hours we went back and forth yesterday. If you see the PM, i asked for arefund at 12 noon eastern time and i made the insulting comment to him around 4:30 pm eastern time. But nways, hopefully i get my money back in 8 days.

wow, this dagle guy really incriminated himself with all the swearing and rude behavior. At least he's 3k miles away and we don't need to interact with him at meets. I feel sorry for the people in the Cali sections that have to deal with him. Good luck with getting your money back!

Sorry you had to deal with these type of kids. I only met him once and already got a bad vibe from him and that thread just proves everything. This whole time i had suspicious of him involve in a car theft in SF. The car belong to my friend Chester who purchase the car and within three days it got stolen right infront of his house. The street is always busy and the s2000 was park in between two cars. The thief cannot tow it away, it has to be someone who been in that s2k before. well anyways i going to look into that incident......

You could threaten to take him to small claims court. As long as you have records (PMs) indicating that there was an intended sale you would probably have the upper hand. Although it is only $75... =p

I dont want to make further accusations but i just put 2 in 2 together researching his s2ki history. But, thanks for your support, i will get my money back hopefully. I think he should check his attitude since i read also this is not his first s2k, his first one was vandalized by some people, guess he messed with the wrong people.
