Wow, I just saw this, and read the entire thread... I dont understand why anyone would take that kind of posture other than he is indeed a dishonest person. Good luck with getting your cash back..

I think the details were lost in the pages of bs.
Btw, I'm on your side. But in this situation I think you can't really do anything with someone THAT immature except to wait for your dispute to go through.
Sit back, forget it, and it'll all pass. Don't give him the satisfaction that his actions are causing you grief, because I'm pretty sure he is enjoying all of this.

The bottom line:
1) Buyer jumps the "gun" and sends $75.00
2) Buyer thinks about it and ask seller if product works
3) Seller is (from what I've read) FLAKEY with his reponse regarding the customers concern of the products reliability
4) Nothing was ever sent, resulting in an argument between buyer vs seller, where interesting colorful metaphors were exchanged.
In my opinion, regardless of what happened between your interactions, seller should refund NOW since the product was never sent.

But yeah, if you really wanted to get back at him, which I really don't think it's worth your while, there are many ways. Just let it be. I know it's the principal but it's like arguing with a 5 year old with that guy.
