After much thought about doing this event again, I have decided to close the doors on this event. The major reason for this choice is due to liabilities issues. The last thing I want is something bad to happen on one of these. So far we have been successful but, it is like playing Russian Roulette.

I would like to thank you all for your help and participation in these events and hope to see you all this season.

Spoke with a friend who was an attorney regarding the runs and he advised me to steer clear from doing something like this. Basically he said that even if the waivers held up in court, my name will still be associated with the event, no matter what it is called. He said whether I win or loose a case, it is still not good press.

Well you let the cat out of the bag now. The S2Ki Midnight run is soon to come. As soon as the weather gets warmer, it is ON!
