Rear tire pressure, size, wear, brand, and age must be an exact match.

I ASSURE you if the car is pulling in one direction under accel then snapping back under decel, it is coming from the rear tires due to LSD lock.
Check the pressure on the rears, be sure they are the same.
If ALL (everything I listed) checks out, momentarily swap the rear wheels left to right. If the pull changes direction, it's the tires.
It can happen with brand new tires too. Been there done this a long time ago.

Not discounting anything, just everything you listed first checked out. (Brand new tires, pressure, sizing, etc etc etc....) At the end of the day though...2 tires could never be a true exact match.... This weekend I'm going to flip flop the rears to see if it pulls in the other direction. You're about the x person that I've read so far that's suggested that.
If that's the case and it's the rear tires, how do you ever get 2 "exact" tires? I ordered my tires from the same source.
EDIT: THANKS FOR THE HELP BTW

I guarantee it will
Check the dates on your current tires. It's a 4 digit number that is stamped into the tire. See if they differ.
Make sure your new tires are date matched before you mount them.
Example (*4212*)
Means this tire was made in the 42nd week of 2012.
(*1014*) tenth week of 2014, etc...
