I deleted my stereo system 5 years ago. Took everything out down to every single wiring. Weight saving is a disease! This was during the time I didn't daily the S so I didn't think much of it. But now that I do daily it, stereo is a must just so I can keep my sanity on the road. Driving an hour each way everyday + loud exhaust, just drains you out after awhile.

Last year, I discovered Bose QC25. It has noise cancelling capabilities and it works like magic! It basically eliminated all road noises, wind noises, exhaust drones, interior creaks and rattles. Love it! I highly recommend it!

Headphones while driving is sketchy to me, for what it's worth other people honking at me, or ambulances or cops etc. I need to hear them. Or simple things like a weird sound the car is making

That's a cop magnet for sure.

Pretty sure that's illegal, I'm never one to break the law though so who am I to talk?

I'm pretty sure that driving with headphones is illegal but I see lots of people driving these days with white wires coming out of their ears.

...car horns, sirens, screeching brakes, screaming and yelling....

Damn straight its illegal. It's THAT good!!!

You can also use it to talk (hands free device?) while you are driving. It makes for a normal conversation even if you have a LOUD exhaust. It's awesome!!!

But yeah, the down side is if your wheel is about to fall off, you won't hear it. lol
