Rebuild continues with a new track splitter to fit underneath a Mugen style lip.
A new half triple-core radiator setup.
A new custom PRM intake setup, thanks to PRM Racing for setting this up for me!

I made a hard decision to finally ditch the A/C to make room for the intake. There's just no way around it without spending tons of $$$, which I was running out of... fast.

A closer look of the intake and radiator through the bumper installed.

I re-did my rear battery tray to sit a little lower.
Also got a brand new AP2 bumper with an ebay Mugen lip.
Notice how much the front wheels/tires are sticking out!

Installed and re-enforced. Now flushed with the floor.

Installed the Megan coilovers. Set at the lowest point without touching the factory set preload. I gotta say these Megans are as good if not better than OEM when it comes to street use.

A closer look of the track splitter brackets and (swizz cheesed) front bumper support.

The radiator support base- angled and straight set up.

New engine bay setup. This set up did not last very long as I could not get to "burp" the air out of the radiator coolant. It looked cool though.

Shaved radiator cover.
Slim line radiator fan.

In about a little less than a year later after the accident, I was able to drive it again with everything in a very "raw" form.

Out in the wilds for the first time in close to a year! The smile is finally back on my face.
Gas attendant approved!

However, shortly after that, I bought back my old truck from Oakar. That got me busy for the next couple of months.

And a few months later, my new and improve engine bay set up.
"Improve" meaning everything is in working conditions. lol

Also, replaced my shaved OEM header with Berk's. Replaced my 60mm Testpipe with Berk's HFC.

Shortly after the above picture was taken, I had a little accident with the hood. I forgot to latch it down and went for a test drive. VTEC hits, BOOM! Merry Christmas to me!

On a good note, got a giant wing for Christmas from Cody and the wife.
Gotta match all that downforce upfront with a big wing in the back.

Installed with the required trunk re-enforced brackets. I can't imagine having this large wing without one.

My latest MOD. Double vented hood with hood diffusers.

Also installed front METAL overfenders. Custom fitted to house my wheel/tire setup.
Trimmed down my front splitter in HALF! (too much downforce? )

Relocated my cigarette lighter and added another for a USB port.

Added lightness.
Made my C short shifter, shorter.

Commuting now from PA to work (62 miles each way), I daily drive this car and gets nearly 30 miles to each gallon consistently.

Looks amazing Ray. What front over fenders are those? Look custom. Love the rivets
