Nice work Ray! Lovin that hammer black engine bay...

How are you gonna get to the battery if it dies to jump it since the trunk key hole has been shaved, are you setting up a remote post in the engine bay?
He can use his key directly to open the door (lol I don't think I've ever done that on my S2000) and use the button in the glovebox

Good luck with the work Ray! here we go again lol
LOL neither have I...

The button in the glove box is electric...if the batteries stone cold dead that won't work either...

Oh wow, I never thought of that. That's okay, it's Ray. He'll make an incision in the trunk to open it and weld it back together when he's done

I'm assuming Ray is going to be able to drop the battery box to jump the car or put negative and positive remote battery terminals under the hood.

My last ride had shaved door handles and trunk lid and I got stuck with a dead battery, had to break into my own car- it sucked...
So I installed a remote terminal behind the front bumper accessible by laying on the ground and routing the cables from underneath. Never had to use it but it was a load off knowing they were there just in case.

Thanks Ray.. I used Chevy cables and hook up terminal with the plastic cap to protect it that I had laying in my tool box when I was working on cars. They can be found at any junk yard.
