I give it a 2.5 stars out of 5. It's a pg-13 rated movie, it could've been rated R if they really wanted it. It was a little on the short side, I'm guessing due to Will Smith's salary, location, and cgi they ran out of budget. It doesn't follow the book at all but that is to be expected because if it really did follow the book a lot of people would not have been enchanted by the ending.

The movie revolves more around Neville trying to find a cure than hunting these creatures of the night.

The movie was like Resident Evil, except instead of having a female protagonist it's a male. There's nothing original in this movie if thats what you were looking for.

If you are jumpy or the faint of heart I suggest you not see this movie because the girl next to me kept on jumping when things popped out of nowhere.

i saw them fiming this in Manhattan .. he was in a Red GT500 ... well half of one, the cameras were in the front of the car. Looked cool.

actually i had no idea it was an action movie. and yes i almost peed in my pants at one point. it was a good movie though. i guess i'll have to read the book.

Next time I review a movie I will give an objective review like the one I have posted above and a personal review since personally I would've rated it much higher than 2.5 stars, I saw it twice already
