recived a mail from NYC DMV
gus i recived a letter from DMV.
called Driver Responsibility Assessment Statement.
asking me to pay $300 for full assessment, or $100 annual for 3 years,
Many of u guys know i got a ticket last time , and damn i paid the ticket by mail with my credit card allready and it says it took 6 points out , but i didn't heared anything from PA. lolzz
so i really want to know what should i do with this DMV letter.
Should i pay for it? or just leave it?

Pay It....when you get 6 points on your license they NYS DMV will 'assess' there own fine. Oh, I think every point you get on top of the 6 is another hundred dollars each.
Read the letter...If u don't pay I bet they will suspend your license

the driver assesment fine is IN ADDITION TO any fines you have already paid. I was advised by my local DMV that there is a class action suit being filed against the state over this.

A change to the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law requires drivers who are convicted of specific traffic violations to pay an assessment to the DMV. The Driver Responsibility Program applies to all drivers who operate, or operated, a motor vehicle in the State of New York, regardless of the state the motorist is licensed in.
And I checked the DMV site...speeding 21-30mph over is 6points
