Default quick question

remove the plastic ring(trim) around the shifter? the one that actually touches the leather shift boot that is...does it just pull off? id rather not break it

There are 4 little arrows...2,4,8, and 10 oclock.

Push away from the shifter with a screwdriver to unlock
