Default Place to work on car

My uncle and I are going to be building some kind of "project car". We are thinking of doing an old Camaro or Chevelle or something along those lines, but we need some place to work on the car. Does anyone here know of a place where we could work on and store the car. Do regular storage places let you work on a car in the storage area? Any suggestions or places to look would be greatly appreciated.

I have a third garage at my shop I would be willing to rent it to you for storage and to work on the car. The shop is in Garfield NJ though. Very safe area.

Eric, regular storage places will not allow you to work on the car. Their insurance does not cover you if something happens.
