Can anyone compare quality between elite and Billy hoang? Would like to go to Billy, but would consider elite if they were just as good.

Thanks for the recommendations guys 
Based on research i think im gonna go with elite to do the rims, their quote was very reasonable as well for those looking to refinish lips and powder coat wheels. Going to have to get a quote from elrich next time im in NY.

Bill,
Your PM is full, the guy I used to work with with the GTR is Jeff Lebowski.
He used the TCPglobal HRF 276 the second time around and liked the results better. I don't know what his wheels are though, I've never seen them either.
