Exactly, that's why I say there should be more testing. It will not only level the playing field but make things more interesting.

So many people do it or some sort of supplements to assist with muscle maintenance and growth because it is just not natural for the human body to be that bulky or ripped. Some people are naturally bigger but to be ripped like anything a la Pumping Iron is just impossible to maintain on a natural diet and exercise. One of my old bartender friends is a female competitor/personal trainer and ever since she started competing hard chore she went from being hot to looking manly. Shit like that just does not happen with some over the counter protein shake lol

 

Well you can maintain a level of being shredded, but that consists of dieting to the point where your ready to kill some1 cause your miserable and all your eating is shit that tastes like cardboard, and you still have to do massive cardio mixed with some lightweight workouts, Bruce Lee attained his physique due to his crazy dieting and cardio workouts, your body fat should be at like 1 to 2% 3 is pushing it, but like I said you'll be f@#king miserable, when I use to cut weight for my wrestling tournaments i was so miserable and ready to kill some1, I guess that's why I did so well and went to state and county finals lol
