Just trying to catch up. Spotted only one S down here so far and meeting a real estate guy who PM'd me from the Miami section of s2ki. So that will be number two later... This place is awesome!!!! Smooth ass roads and there are plenty of interchanges and off ramps to speed around corners. From my schedule right now it looks like I am going to be forced to keep the car. Feel bad that I can't make time to sell it but kinda don't. But looks like I will be renting for the first year or two till I need to sell to help with a deposit on a house so you guys can come down and visit for some 234 Miami style burgers. I will be working on some recipes till then. Yeah yeah I know Tony.. I will never be as good as you .....
