I run my front plate in CT, I figure it is one less reason for an officer to pull me over. My car drives exactly the same, and I cant even see it

Theres nothing worse than a ugly faded yellow looking New f $#×ing Jersey license plate to ruin a front of a car. After going plateless, I can't go back. Cue that NWA hit song...something about the police??

I'm not sure but I waited until the last minute to pay so I paid in person at the Dept of Finance so I wrote a check for both of them while I was there. To contest it you have to "take a number and have a seat over there and wait for a hearing".

Heck Ray. I didn't get any for like the past 8 months since I took it off. I thought I'd take a hit here or there but I already got 2 inside of one month. Right now I have it hooked on with a wire hanger but it already jacked up the paint on my bumper. I put it in the trunk and hang it on when I park now. It's Traffic that's writing me up.

Yeah man I was thinking about it for some time but I thought it was kind of expensive. One or two more tickets and it would be paid for.

Hey Al, use cable ties on the grill. easy to install/remove (they come in all colors) bend the plate on the bottom so it won't rub the paint. I used to keep it on the dash but the law says plate has to be mounted

So sad. Police used to serve and protect the people. Now they're more like glorified meter maids handing out tickets for tick and tack offenses.

I did this for a while and it was the best looking way to run a front plate that I've seen, and I ran at the track with it that way, no airflow issues. I had a little rubbing on the paint at the bottom (my bumper was just painted at that point) so I just said F it and took it off but if you bend the plate properly it should be good.

I have a "manual" hidden plate, great idea but it rubs on everything as it sits 1" below my bumper.
