they are in place for a reason... (did I mention I work as a Process Consultant in my day job?

As far as Nick goes he is recently married and has been tied up with that than being on the boards. Not sure what his intentions are currently.
Both Billman and I are still very much active and don't mind staying on. So if Anuj's link is enough can you please do the exchange of the guards?

That's from June..... I'd like him to post his thoughts here... Someone can PM him or call or text or whatever to get a hold of him and point him here. This is more of a courtesy than anything... If I was a CO and was busy back in June but things changed, I wouldn't want to find out one day I've been removed from CO status. More than likely, he will say that it's fine, but I'd like to see him chime in and give his thoughts... I think he deserves that.
