Default OEM Hardtop

ok, so i ordered my OEM Hardtop yesterday, and it should be here right after new year.....but here's the situation, Honda no longer has a 2001 Hardtop install kit available, they only had -02 and up, so i ordered it. my question is, and billman prob knows the answer.....does the defroster harness match up, or do i need to splice wires, or is there another harness available???

and yea, i did order the hardtop strikers since an 02 and up s2k already has hardtop strikers on the car from the factory and thus does not come in the install kit.

it should just plug in, cuz my 01 had the harness already, maybe cuz mines was a late model 01, dunno though, but i think you should be fine with the 02 kit. I think the 00 is the difficult cars to install the defroster.

Which switch did you plan to use, the dash mounted one or the console mounted one?

The car is so damn small the rear defroster is kinda' overkill, isn't it?
