Just curious or "asking for a friend?" According to your profile you live in Portugal. 
As far as I can tell this is an OBD2 read and maybe a visual inspection (my daughter had this done a while ago - but her car ain't boosted!). Any CELs or are any sensors suppressed in whatever tune you're using? How was it smogged where you needed it last year?

100% cant be published
NYS changed the inspection machine 12/2/23 so those with tunes face a challenge. Even BMW's with tunes, they pass but it gets reported to NYS that you have a tune. What NY plans to do with that information, we will see.

Aem v2 never passed NY obdII inspections. I’m on a Hondata kpro for the sole reason it will pass in NY, and it did again this year with the new machines.

wow . I was just searching about how I can pass my supercharged , flash pro NYS inspection n this came up .
my temp inspection date is going to be expired really soon,
I was just in a shop earlier ,they told me , they can't read it .
