I deleted it due to the animosity it was generating. I have a lot of respect for Norm, and the rest of this board. I don't want to see this go any further.

Let's not forget the reason this whole thing was put together: to remember a friend and show love and support for each other.

IMO the poll was orginally made in jest, with a hint of sarcasm. I could be wrong.

At any rate, this is a free country. People are free to come and go as they wish.

if you want to come to the d4d, then come. if not, then stay home. its voluntary.

now if you said you are coming and wanted food and a shirt and dont show up, then someone is going to have to eat your costs and that isnt right. if you know ahead of time that you cant come, just post up. its better to know now, then to find out the day of that you are not there. its no big deal if you cant make it. people have lives outside of the forum. it would just be a courtesy to the people involved in setting this up if they know who is coming and who isnt.
