Just seeing if ya'll have any plans for the 2006/2007 turnover. Friend and I want to make a last minute trip and don't really know where to go. It's between, panhandle, south florida, or NYC. Looking at hotels and what not, seems like the only ones left for the New Years are high priced. Any help and input would be gladly appreciated. Even a place to crash would be awesome. Looking to travel Dec 29 - Jan 5th give or take days. We're flexible.

I'd suggest going to southern Florida. Temps are nice...
Can even still go to the beach. there's something really cool about being on a hot beach in Dec/Jan that you can't replicate.

IMHO NYC is fun anytime of year, but best enjoyed during warmer months.

I used to party in florida all the time.. And if I had a choice it would be florida for me. The souther girls man.. I just cant explain it.. It must be the popeyes biscuits and the goat milk they eat down there..

I think myself and a few of my friends are going to a club called Duvet in NYC. It's something like $125, which includes entrance, open bar from 9 PM to 2 AM, and something else... can't remember.

Not definite about it... but it starting to sound pretty cool.

Duvet is A awsome spot! I went there 2 halloweens ago and met a 2 HOT police officer chicks and a little blond in a skanky pilot outfit. All 3 are students from Fashion Institute. Oh and you cant forget the school girl with pig tails and cherry blow pop!

South I go. Thanks you guys. Girl and I are taking the S down to Miami and spending a couple days in the Caymans. As much as I go up to NYC, I'll have to make it to one of ya'lls meets. I basically got a place downtown off of E. Houston.
