okay so.. swifts springs are finally here. So are the Air walkers.

I put them on the car but they still yet need to be painted GPW. Here are a few pictures.

My S will have a new look by next few weeks after i lower it an inch and have the air walker on. I might also be ordering some wheels+tires tonight.

Here you go

After you lower it, get the car aligned again and camber set. Most likely the geometry will be off and contact patch not optimal.

I agree. It is def something i want to get. Right now, i still have a few things to complete and once these things are taken care of, i am def filling that hole with something or getting a new bumper. I got an appointment with bodyshop for painting and installing side skirts and when i go there i ll get the quotes for new bumper painting and hardtop painting. I have a really good picture of how my car will look in a few months. I am excited. This should be fun.

Just curious isnt the main reason for getting a CR for the suspension setup?

Its for a prestige. Knowing you paid over $40 grand for a sports car.

Purchasing something is an emotional decision... and sometimes people buy what is asthetically pleasing rather than how it performs. But I agree, the CR's claim to fame is weight reduction and suspension. In the end, it might end up looking great and handling poorly, but that might not be what he is after.

if you want my real answer... no not really.

Maybe that is for you, but not for everyone. If you ask all CR owners i am sure there will be 10% of the owners who will say no. My reason was because i liked the lip, the wing and the hardtop. If i were to buy them seperately and put them on 07 or 08 Ap2, the bill will probably come out to be the same. I bough the CR because there was a special APR% promotion on CR and the reasons i stated above. Suspension was the last tihng in my mind.

I hope it answered your question.

PS: Test drive a CR, the suspension isn't that great... I am sure many will disagree but if AP2 suspension is rated 7, Cr will be an 8. It is true story...
