What happens to the original paint below? Will the paint get damaged when you decide to peel off the vinyl?

It's protected from most rock chips, scratches and sun damage. On OEM paint the wrap comes off perfect and paint is left in original condition, there are many reported cases of crappy paint jobs with poor prep after an accident or just for a respray that the vinyl can pull the weakest link up with it wether it be the clear coat or paint. So realistically if you're not running OEM paint or aren't sure if your respray was done correctly, don't attempt it.

Another cool thing about the wrap is minor surface scratches in the vinyl disappear with leaving the car in the sun or using a heat gun. It's amazing how it heals itself.

Man.. I want to do this on the track car. I'd want an obnoxious color, like orange with tiger prints.

looks great, im not normally a fan of blue but that color looks sick extra props for doing it yourself
