i was going to refill my drink while having lunch with my gf at 5 guys....i guess someone had spilt soda and the worker mopped it up...but didnt put up a sign. i was facing my gf so i hadnt seen any or this. i slipped and fell, tried to catch myself with my right hand, which is where the wrist was injured, and hit the ground, the shock going up my tailbone and damaging a bone in my back. i was taken to the er via ambulance and all.
everyone asks if i'm gonna sue....YES, i am.
