I like #4

 

I like the combo of the start button in the front and the car on the back.

 

The shirts and designs would look a lot better IMHO, if the shirts were black.
Also, would be nice, since people would wear these on tech days, and the white would be filthy in a hurry.
I like #4.

If you are looking for input...
1)Start button centered, so it doesnt look like a pocket
2)Back...eliminate start button, just use an O, and make it all monochromatic (white, red, whatever)

Looks great otherwise.

 

I think a centered #4 in black would be pimp.

I like the first one with the pic of the motor.

 

#3 for men, #4 for females , except I don't think that the word "crew" should be there. Usually "crew" involves a lesser entity. Perhaps "member" instead ?

As for the shirt style ...

1) how much more for a collared shirt ?

2) can tank tops be done ?

3) colors aside from white are nice too .
