True. I guess really any car on there could end badly though. Just gotta not drive too crazy on there. Some insanely high speeds sections on it.

either way, wear your seat belt & make sure to get renters insurance

Sounds like a lot of fun! For what i've heard, the Nordschleife is considered a public road, and with it comes tickets if you are to crash on it. Also, if you are to crash an insured car, the insurance won't count as its considered a no-no with most rentals. I didn't look at your link, so it might be a rental car to be used specifically on the track. Run 7/10's and take lots of pics! The ring is one of my top 100 goals that i have to do in my life!

The ring is pretty funny in the sense that people actually go to it everyday..like its nothing, just practice every day...i wish we had something like that..the ring costs like $12 a lap here its $100

Obviously I've never been on it, but I have spent countless hours in driving sim's on it. I would obviously study it much further before going and try to see what safe corner entry speed are for the car I select.

As for MR actually our car's are technically MR since the engine sits behind the suspension. I have driven my friends Exige S240 and it still has a different feel.

Yea an awd car would be the most safe, but the fun factor would go down. Plus I'm not the wreckless teen I once was.
