Default Lowering springs recommendation

I'm putting on springs very soon and i'm leaning towards Skunk 2 springs, any thoughts on this or any other recommendations, also i'm going to be using stock shocks when i buy them.

i'm using espelir's right now...i don't know how they handle compared to stock because they came with the car. well i drove a stock ap1 once and the espelir's are little more stiff and bouncy but they are still comfortable as a daily.

as for the drop it's pretty nice but i hate how it slams the rear and the front is just dropped normally so you get a nice reverse rake.

That's fine or you could look into getting the UK spec alignment.
