Hey guys, I live in Northern NJ by the GWB. I'm looking for a local shop that you guys could recommend me to get some run of the mill oil/tranny/diff fluid changes and other tune up procedures. I can certainly do the fluid changes myself if need be. I have all the tools, however I would love to have a guy nearby that I can trust with my car when I don't really feel like getting down and dirty.

make an appointment with Billman. Hes out on Long Island, but unlike repair shops, WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Long Island is a solid drive, not to mention the crazy tolls, but I guess doing a full tune up is only a once in a couple year thing to do. He's expensive? Do you have an address?

I'd much prefer a shop in NJ.

if you want, i can do your fluid changes for you. i am located 15 min from the gwb in fair lawn. ive done some work for other people on here in the past and they can vouch for me. mostly fluids and brakes. pm me if you're interested.

Thanks Barry. I'll definitely PM you when I'm ready to go. I'm looking to learn a bit about getting the changes done. I've never changed tranny diff or brake fluid.

thanks aiden. let me know if you need anything done to your car. i took off a while from doing car work for other people, but i have a wedding to save for next yr, so im back to doing it again.
