Hey Kane,
hope your still on target and we could meet up either Friday or Saturday at 711 on Franny Lew...unfortunately I will not have the Suzuka ready by then, fuel rail is taken apart and awaiting a modified one to arrive along with some other stuff. I'll probably be in my Denali, really want to see how your ride is coming along.

Kane,
Yep, Allen's car is an awesome rep for the suzukas out...You're right the fuel rail takes seconds but I have to wait for the modified one to arrive via UPS. Going the Naaws route...in progressive stages...Is your car running?

ya, it's running....using sunoco 94 octane. No knocking but the fuel map is just terrible. I didnt get to make it the dyno today....got out of class too late and had other problems.
At vtec engagement point, the fuel leans out a lot...a lot.... And from idle to ~3.5k its just too rich. But that's all I can tell from sitting in 6th gear and stomping on the gas.
Luckily I dont hear any knocking. But the car isnt making much power extra. I'm going to soldier the MAP sensor wires tomorrow morning be4 school because I think the signal just cuts off with the clamping thing they gave me. But honestly....it's not fast yet. Hoping after the dyno runs and some more tightening/fixing we'll get that 290HP it's suppose to make according to Ultimate Racing.

I have been currently looking for a place myself. Going to store to store and asking by person to person for the best shop around. I had a business card to this one place that's suppose to be good....but I lost the card. Hopefully I'll see the person that gave me the card on franny lew on friday nite.
But something is seriously wrong once vtec opens...total loss in power until 7.5k. Runs wayyyy to rich after 3k and way too lean (bogs) under 3k. So I definately need to get it tuned quick. But it's kinda hard because I have to ask my friends to drive me around and they're usually busy at work and the places close when they get home. I also dont want to drive my car around un-necessarily cause I just dont want it to blow.
When I find a good dyno place I'll let you know.
