JUST got my alignment heres what I did

Camber will tilt the top of the wheels inward and the bottom of the wheels outward kind of like this /---CAR---\
This is negative camber. the more negative you make it, the more the top of the wheel is tilted inwards.
This will hopefully let the top of your wheel tuck into the wheel well better. Negative camber is also helpful for turning. When you turn the inside wheel will be more perpendicular to the grount giving you a slightly larger contact patch.
This is just info i've picked up from reading a lot on the boards and getting mine aligned with the UK spec. So if there is any misinformation , please correct me. I have stock ap1 wheels tho so I didn't do it as a precaution for rubbing.

the camber wont hurt ur tires that much, its the toe that will kill them, make sure ur tow is 0 (zero) all around to maximize tire life

Zero toe front and rear will make the car less stable mid corner and may also result in the car following grooves in the road more. Has anybody tried zero toe? What are the stock toe settings?
