hey guys.

i just shelled out 1600 bucks for the next 6 months of insurance on my S. last year i didnt even put 3000 miles on the car! i currently have allstate and am wondering what you guys use?

ive heard of some people having classic car or limited use insurance on the s2000, any one in metro have this?

im a 22 yr old with a CLEAN driving record since that makes a huge difference.

Mention that to your agent. Tell them its your weekend car. I think you have to prove that you drive less than 7000 miles a year to qualify.

If u do a search in Metro, there are more then a few threads on this topic in the last year or so, $1600 for 6months is prob about the norm for a 22yr old in NJ.

thanks Jeff.

back on topic, i ran a quick quote through Geico, State Farm, and Farmers. All three were about $40 more per month.
