Best way to preload the front is with the car on ramps. With the upper comtrol arm bolts and the lower shock bolts loose, bounce the car several times. Once level, crawl under and tighten.

If it doesnt sit level at this point, it never will. you have a variance between the AP1 and AP2 shocks.

I have done a few AP2 suspensions in an AP1, they dont sit level afterwards. Put the AP1 stuff back in and the car sits level. Have yet to find out why.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate all the help. After waking up this morning the Driverside front went down some. I hope after driving it it stays that way. I think I might've not tq'd the front properly before when I did a direct swap ap1 to ap2 suspension... that's probably why only that side sometimes I would park and it would be higher, then lower randomly last week.

But I definitely see a difference in the drop after installing the front NF210 springs. It was just a pain getting the top hat to fit at the right angle so that the bottom of the shock slides right on.

The trick: Loosen the top hat bolt. Do not fully tighten until you have the bottom seated and bolted up.
