The headquarters are looking for managers for 2 new shop in Houston and Virginia, and because my skills I have received an offer. and at this time it's just perfect because all the political goin on @ work right now,
I need to do an analysis regarding cost of living, night life etc. and of course the "package".

I will post this @ the Houston and Virginia forum too, but I would like to hear more opinions.

thanks

Viriginia is big. You might need to be a little more specific.

Richmond :

Houston:

So it looks like Houston is less expensive to live in. Personally I think that Richmond is a much nicer area though. Houston is big, flat , and muggy. Richmond has seasons, but is more mild than NY.

Richmond is more conservative and rural than Houston. Houston has some wild places and is a much more liberal city.

Tell us more about the two different positions.

Thanks Elliot,

there isn't a such of career called Retreders Management, yes, it has to do with management but because the type business everything else comes with experience and I've been doing this since 1998, some companies might hire 100 drivers but in my field there is only one per company, and the competitors pretty much hate my cojones because all the headache I gave them we are the only bandag dealer in Long island and we are very strong holding accounts over the 5 boros, upstate, NJ and CT , so If I want to get a new job I have to get one most likely outside the tri state area. Or I have to change fields
