I need my springs installed
Does anyone know how to install lowering springs? I have the tools and general knowledge but im still a little unsure. Can anyone help? i dont have much cash either lol

I know how to do them on BMW's, Civic's, and Integra's as I have done them MANY MANY times in the past. I will be doing my S2000 for the first time very soon. My Espelir springs should be arriving this Monday.

Hey Tom. Take off yours wheels and you'll understand how easy it is. Seriously, for the front. all you need to do is take of the wheel and the upper arm and you can take the suspension right out. and then swap springs. pop back in place and repeat with other shocks/struts. You dont even need a spring compressor. I just used my hands. Have a freind with you for the rear ones cuz you need 2 people.
