Wow, I mean we can assume the original driver didn't see anything, but instead of stopping and then going he should have stopped and got out to check.
I feel really bad for that kid and his family. People forget that automobiles are portable weapons when misused.

Stupid driver runs the kid over with the front tires then slowly runs him over with the rear WTF!!! Then 3 people walk by like it's nothing it's a kid for crying out loud WTF is wrong with people these days it's like nobody give a fxxx about anyone anymore
I hate to see stuff like this but it is reality and probably happens more often than when we see it
