Hi everyone! It feels so good for this to finally be over with and able to let you guys know.
As of today, the settlement payment cleared to my bank. So I feel safe to say this ordeal is over with, FINALLY!
Thank you! to everyone who took the time and reached out or even just reshared my story.
It's amazing how many people and car communities this reached.
It was through this that my story reached my lawyer/car enthusiast Jora Malaky!
I can't go into detail but the seller has taken the car back and I have accepted a settlement payment.
Thanks again everyone. The search continues

I am pleased to hear this, I guess it affected all of us as we put ourselves in your position and being S2000 enthusiasts ourselves. Much was learned and I'm also glad to see all the support from various communities based on social media. Congratulations and good luck on your search for your S2000.
